February half term: Animal Crackers!
16 - 24 February
Enjoy visiting a world-class exhibition this February half term - on your doorstep!
Wildlife Photographer of the Year is a travelling exhibition from the Natural History Museum (London) and we are thrilled to welcome it back to Guernsey Museum again.
During February half term, there are extra animal-themed trails and activities to do in the gallery. These are self-guided activities and not hosted by staff, but designed for groups to enjoy together. The trails include practical challenges such as designing games, making crafts and building things with LEGO. All the equipment will be provided in the Discovery Room.
Activities are aimed at children over 5 and designed to be enjoyed by the whole family.
In the Discovery Room, there is a display of toys from the 1970s and the Timewarp for 2019 is based on the Guernsey toy shop Bakers Bazaar.
