Hire Fort Grey

Fort Grey is a 'Martello' Tower built in 1804 to defend Guernsey's west coast against the French. Built on the site of the Château du Rocquaine, the Fort now houses a Shipwreck Museum exhibiting a wide range of objects recovered from ships that foundered on the treacherous west coast rocks.

The lawned area surrounding the Tower is available during the glorious summer evenings for Vins d'Honneur, Wedding Blessings, Corporate Drinks and other similar events, with the Shipwreck Museum within the Tower open to guests. Your guests will enjoy a truly memorable evening in grand surroundings as they watch the golden sunset over the Island's west coast. The site can accommodate a maximum of 180 people for a standing reception.

Parking is available at the end of causeway at Guernsey Pearl.
