'For Art & For Love': Reflections of a life with Renoir.
Hear memories of Guernsey in 1883, told from the perspective of Renoir's wife Aline.
This living history show will be performed every Saturday at 11.00 from 30 Sept - 17 Dec* at the Priaulx Library.
It has been commissioned by Guernsey Museums to mark the 140th anniversary of Pierre-Auguste Renoir's stay in Guernsey and the inspiration that he found on the island. This monologue is told from the perspective of Renoir's wife Aline and reflects on their happy life together.
The show is researched, written and performed by the Guernsey History In Action Company. The duration is 25 minutes and there is no need to book. Entry is free.
