The Museum has a varied and fascinating collection of both static and working models made by both professionals and amateurs.

These encompass subjects including local passenger and merchant shipping, naval vessels, trams and aircraft. Models of local horse and cattle-drawn carts, artillery pieces, agricultural tools and machinery can also be found. In addition numerous models from ethnographic sources also feature including religious figurines. Examples of these models can be found in practically all our Museums, however the Maritime Museum at Castle Cornet displays a particularly fine selection of local shipping models.

A considerable number of items are not on public display and are retained within the Reserve Collections.
