This is an original artwork from the forthcoming book, The Invasion of the Wavelets by Magnus and Charlie Buchanan. The book, to be released with an exhibition in the Inner Market during December 2018, is an original folktale based on the stories and traditions from Marie de Garis' Folklore of Guernsey. It follows a young Guernsey boy, Jem, as he battles to save the island and the girl he loves, Marie, from a Merfolk invasion.
